Kate’s Sun & Soul Taekwondois excited to be offering homeschool friendly daytime classes, and after school evening classes. Located in Downtown Kissimmee, classes are taught in a positive atmosphere, inside a beautiful wellness center (New World Wellness).
Taekwondo translates to “the way of the hand and foot”. It is a martial art that is recognized as an international sport, a means of self defense, and a traditional art form. Training encompasses both physical and mental disciplines, balancing the body, mind, and spirit. Not only is it an excellent source of fitness; improving strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall physical health, but it also promotes self confidence, discipline, integrity, and ambition.
Classes are open to both children and adults. The goal of each class is to get in a great workout, learn personal safety and life skills, all while having fun!
