We have added two more classes!!! Due to popular demand, SportsRock now offers FIVE (5) Parent Tot classes!! They are:
Tuesday **9:30am and 10:30am
Wednesday **11:30am
Friday 10:30am and 11:30am

This schedule will run through the end of Session 5 (ends May 26th) after which we will start our Summer Gymnastics Camp program, and a limited Parent Tot schedule which YOU, the Parent, will choose :) Look for a survey at the front desk! See You in the Gym!
SportsRock Gymnastics & Cheer in Kissimmee, FL, is now offering a FREE Parent/Tot Gymnastics and Movement Education Class! The class is for children ages 18 to 35 months old. A YEARLY registration fee of only $40 is required per child or $60 per family (paid once per calendar year).
Owner Debbie Johnson says, “ I am offering this class Free to the members of our communities because I strongly believe that early movement education is So important to a child’s future! A lifetime of fitness, health and learning starts early, and I would Love for SportsRock to be a part of that!”
Some of the benefits of Preschool Gymnastics, including this program, are Agility, Spatial Awareness, Balance, Strength, Confidence and Self Esteem, Increased Bone Density, Weight Management, Cognitive Development, Preparation for ANY sport (if not Gymnastics), just to name a few.
